Aura Wheel exists to hold people’s words gently. This page says what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.
If you’re an attendee
- We store the reflection you submit: the state you chose, your words, your connection level, any tags, and your sharing choice. We never require an account, email, or name — a first name is stored only if you chose “share with my first name.”
- Your sharing choice is enforced in the database, not just the interface. Reflections marked “just for me” are visible to no one — including your facilitator. They appear only inside anonymous counts (e.g. “12 reflections tonight”).
- Reflections you share anonymously or with your first name may be shown by your facilitator on the live session screen, in their highlights, and in content they publish.
- A copy of your own reflections is kept in your browser so you can re-read them on your device. It never leaves your phone.
- To request deletion of a reflection, email hello@theaurawheel.com with the session and approximate time, or ask your facilitator.
If you’re a facilitator
- We store your email (for sign-in links), display name, and your sessions.
- We don’t sell data, run ads, or share your attendee data with anyone.
Infrastructure
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf under their own security practices.
